Lawful and authorised use
Use the services only for legitimate business activity you are authorised to conduct. Do not impersonate others, mislead recipients, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, steal credentials, facilitate fraud, exploit children, threaten people or publish unlawful content. Do not probe systems without permission, circumvent controls, share unauthorised access, overload infrastructure or use the service in breach of sanctions or applicable provider restrictions.
Email, SMS, WhatsApp and calls
Before contacting anyone, establish the lawful basis and any channel-specific permission required in the recipient’s location. Keep evidence of consent, its source, wording, date and scope where consent is required. Identify the sender accurately, respect permitted contact times and do not disguise caller identity. Provide a clear, working opt-out and honour it across the relevant workflows. A previous purchase, uploaded contact list or public phone number does not automatically authorise promotional messaging.
Automations and lead collection
Collect only necessary information and display an accurate privacy notice where it is collected. Do not preselect optional marketing consent or make consent to promotions a condition of an unrelated enquiry. Maintain suppression records so deleted or opted-out contacts are not automatically reimported into campaigns. Do not trigger repetitive messages, contact people after an objection or use automation to bypass a channel’s approval process. You are responsible for testing triggers, audiences, frequency and stop conditions.
Voice recording and AI agents
Tell people when they are interacting with an AI agent or being recorded whenever law or the context requires it, and obtain any necessary consent before recording begins. Do not clone a person’s voice or likeness without authority. Provide a route to a human where appropriate. Review generated content and claims, protect confidential inputs and check the selected provider’s processing terms before using customer data. Do not assume an AI feature is suitable for regulated advice or consequential decisions.
Advertising, payments and prohibited material
Offers, testimonials and case studies must be accurate and supported by evidence and permission. Follow Meta, Google, payment-provider and communications-provider rules where you use those services. Do not claim guaranteed income, fabricate reviews, manipulate attribution or use deceptive billing. Do not upload sensitive personal data to ad audiences or AI tools unless the processing is specifically lawful, permitted by the provider and covered by appropriate safeguards.
Reporting and enforcement
Report abuse or security concerns to our contact below with account identifiers and supporting details, excluding passwords. We may investigate, request evidence of permission, pause a campaign or restrict affected access proportionately. A provider can separately suspend service under its own rules. We will give notice and a chance to resolve an issue where practicable; immediate restriction may be necessary to prevent harm or comply with law. Contact us to request a review of our action.
