HighLevel’s software and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our services and prices are our own; this website does not imply that HighLevel endorses our consulting work.
Your accepted order must identify the legal supplier and its business address before you purchase. These pages do not assert a registered company name or registration number that has not been verified.
Platform reference documents
For the underlying platform, review HighLevel’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Data Processing Agreement. Those documents govern HighLevel’s own activities and do not replace Butterflystack’s obligations.
HighLevel also publishes an Affiliate Program Agreement. It does not establish a Butterflystack affiliate programme or commission entitlement. Any Butterflystack referral arrangement requires its own written commercial terms.
Using the right agreement
The Privacy Policy is a notice about information handling; reading it is not marketing consent. Commercial terms must be presented and accepted with your order. The data-processing framework must be turned into an executed customer-specific agreement before relevant data access. Policies support compliance, but do not certify that an account, workflow or business is compliant.
