You can count them. So can we. Automation lets one person do the work of a team, and the people starting out today, students and women building their first businesses, should have that skill from the beginning.

A form or page that collects enquiries straight into a CRM.
Automatic follow-up
Messages that reply and remind without you typing them.
A booking flow
A calendar, a confirmation and a reminder that cuts no-shows.
A simple report
One view of your leads, your bookings and where people drop off.
The path
Four weeks, one finished project
Each week ends with something working. You do not need to finish theory before you build.
Proposed outline. Final weekly topics and delivery format will be confirmed before enrolment.

- W2Capture and follow up. Forms, your first pipeline and messages that run without you.
- W3Book, sell and report. Calendars, reminders and a simple dashboard.
- W4Launch. Finish your project and present it to the group.

Before you join
Do I need any experience?
No. The challenge starts at the beginning. If you can use a phone and fill in a form, you can start.
Who can join?
The challenge is built for students and women entrepreneurs. Women entrepreneurs join the Business & Sales edition for free. New churches can use Seed Access for the platform.
What does it cost?
Women entrepreneurs join the Business & Sales edition for free. Students: student training fees will be confirmed before enrolment. The Butterflystack platform is $9 a month on Seed Access, about ₦12,000 as an illustrative estimate; the actual naira amount varies with exchange rates.
How do I show that I qualify?
Students show a school ID or school email address. For the $9 Seed Access rate, a startup shows its CAC certificate, dated within the last 6 months. The full rules are on the Seed Access page.
How long is the training?
Four weeks, starting Monday 2 November 2026. You finish with a certificate.
What do I need to take part?
A phone or laptop with internet, and about a weekly time commitment to be confirmed; allow time for lessons and practical work hours each week.
Is the training live or recorded?
The mix of live sessions, recordings and group support will be confirmed before enrolment.
What is the review for?
At the end we ask for your honest review, good or bad. Leaving it opens one more month of access to Level 2 of Automation School.
What happens when the challenge ends?
You get your certificate and keep your account and everything you built. If you want to keep learning, you can join the paid community. That is optional. Your plan follows the Seed Access rules.
