14-day website trials
The trial model shown at signup applies to that registration. A no-card trial creates no automatic billing authorization and expires after 14 days. A card-required trial schedules the selected recurring subscription price after 14 days; cancel before its end using your private trial management link to stop scheduled trial billing. Paystack card setup may collect the verification amount displayed before checkout. A full refund of that verification payment is requested after successful subscription setup; bank processing times vary. If card or subscription setup fails, contact sales for help with the verification payment. Stripe card trial signup does not collect a subscription payment. If you lose your private trial link or need help cancelling, contact us using the details below. Changes to the default trial model do not change an existing trial’s recorded terms.
Your order comes first
Your accepted order or checkout must state the subscription period, renewal date, trial conditions, charges and any cancellation or project terms before payment. This policy is a baseline where the order does not say otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail. We do not apply a blanket “no refunds” rule to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered services.
Cancel a subscription
Use an available account billing cancellation control, or email us from the account’s authorised email address with your account name and the subscription to cancel. Send the request before the next renewal date. We will acknowledge and confirm the effective date. Unless you request earlier closure or lawful suspension applies, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period. Simply stopping use, deleting a workflow or disconnecting an integration does not cancel billing.
Refund requests
Email the invoice or transaction reference, payment date, account details, reason and requested resolution. We will investigate duplicate charges, incorrect billing and services that were not delivered as agreed, and provide the remedy required by law and the circumstances. Voluntary cancellation after a paid period starts does not by itself create an automatic prorated refund unless the order or law provides one. We will explain a decision and any refund calculation. Approved refunds go back through the original payment route where practicable; processing time depends on the payment provider.
Implementation and project work
If you wish to stop a build, onboarding or consulting engagement, notify us promptly in writing. We will identify completed work, work in progress and genuinely committed third-party costs against the agreed scope, and reconcile any unused advance payment. An advance is not automatically forfeited just because a project ends. Ownership and delivery of paid work follow the order. Changes in scope or customer delays should be documented, not converted into undisclosed cancellation penalties.
Usage charges and account closure
Authorised, correctly incurred communication, AI, advertising and external tool charges may remain payable after cancellation. Cancel separate external subscriptions directly with their providers. Before closure, request needed exports, transfer permissions and phone-number porting; some records or numbers may become unavailable after the provider’s closure process. Account cancellation and a personal-data deletion request are different; see the Privacy Policy for deletion rights.
Unresolved concerns
Contact Precious John with the issue and requested remedy. You may also approach an appropriate regulator or court. Nigerian consumers can find complaint information through the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission. Nothing in this policy prevents a lawful payment dispute or statutory remedy.
